Kim Hye Eun Confirms Special Appearance in "Run Into You"

Actress Kim Hye Eun confirmed her special appearance in KBS 2TV's new Wednesday-Thursday drama Run Into You.

In the play, Kim Hye Eun plays the role of Mi Sook, a best-selling author with huge public influence in 2021 who works with Baek Yoon Young (Jin Ki Joo). Kim Hye Eun is a famous name in the Korean cinema world considering the actress has a bevy of dramas under her portfolio like Dr. Romantic, Mr. Sunshine, Itaewon Class, Twenty-Five Twenty-One, and The Sound of Magic, to name a few. Apart from  Run Into You, she will also be seen in the upcoming slice-of-life drama Strangers. 

Run Into You tells the story of two people and their entwined fates.

Yoon Hae Joon is the youngest anchor at his broadcasting station. He rose to the position from the bottom by working as a local news reporter. Apart from a perfect job, he also has a good personality and is a calm and straightforward journalist. 

Such a perfect life is desired by many but lived by a lucky few. And Baek Yoon Young isn't one of them. 

Baek Yoon Young dreams of becoming a writer but works at a publishing company to earn a living. Due to her job, she is under a lot of stress and sometimes takes her frustration out on her mother. 

Unexpectedly and mysteriously, Yoon Hae Joon and Baek Yoon Young travel back in time to the year 1987. Both seek a purpose. Yoon Hae Joon seeks the truth about a serial murder case, and Baek Yoon Young tries to prevent her parents' marriage. 

They thought they were going different ways, but they soon realize their paths are interconnected. 

 Run Into You will premiere on May 1st.
