Kim Jung Hyun to lend his voice for the OST of "Mr. Queen".
On February 9th, reports stated that the male lead of "Mr.Queen," Kim Jung Hyun participated in the OST of the drama.
Kim Jung Hyun plays the role of King Cheoljong, the husband of Shin Hye Sun's character, the Joseon Queen. He looks weak and ineffective as a King but in reality, he's actually a strong and sharp person.
"Mr. Queen" is only 2 episodes away from the finale and as a gift, Kim Jung Hyun participates in the OST. The finale episode will air on Sunday, February 14.
Actor Kim Jung Hyun has made his name known with his great acting and participation in high-quality dramas. He landed his first-ever main lead role in the KBS drama "School 2017" with Kim Se Jeong and Jang Dong Yoon. Followed by 2018's JTBC drama "Eulachacha Waikiki" with Lee Yi Kyung and Son Seung Won. Kim Jung Hyun is also part of the hit 2019 drama "Crash Landing On You" with Hyun Bin, Son Ye Jin, and Seo Ji Hye. He continuously captivates the hearts of viewers with his appearance on "Mr. Queen". Many are also praising his chemistry with actress Shin Hye Sun and how well the two look good together on screen.
This is not the first time that Kim Jung Hyun will sing for an OST. He also participated in the soundtrack of his movie "Stay With Me" with Seo Ye Ji.
"Mr. Queen" airs every Saturday and Sunday, 9 PM KST on tvN. The drama achieved first place in its time slot across all channels, including public broadcast networks several weeks now. Episode 18 garnered 14.8 percent and a peak of 17.7 percent nationwide ratings.
