Lee Dong Hwi and Han Ji Eun's upcoming comedy K-movie MORA unveils poster.
MORA is a comedy drama movie that depicts the struggles of Seon Woo (Lee Dong Hwi) trying to manage escalating medical expenses after his father suffers a cerebral hemorrhage, just as he is about to get happily married to Woo Jung (Han Ji Eun).
The K-movie was invited to the Korean Cinema section at the 24th Jeonju International Film Festival, where the actors received acclaim for their dense portrayal of crises that can occur in real life. Above all, rather than simply depicting the difficult circumstances suddenly faced by a family in a dark manner, the film delicately touches upon the joys and sorrows of life, aiming to resonate with all generations.
The main poster features the complex emotions of Seon Woo against the backdrop of the snow that is piling up on a snowy night. Seon Woo believed that working hard in both his career and love would lead to a dream-like, trouble-free life. But he faces the harsh reality all of a sudden. The melancholic vibe of the main poster hints at Seon Woo's tiring circumstances, complemented by the text, "With problems piling up like snowballs, will we have a future?"
MORA is coming to theaters on October 23.
