Two character teasers from My Dearest Nemesis, featuring Mun Ka Young and Choi Hyun Wook have been released.
My Dearest Nemesis follows Baek Soo Jung (Mun Ka Young), the team leader of a planning team at Yongseong Department Store haunted by her embarrassing past, and Ban Ju Yeon (Choi Hyun Wook), a third-generation chaebol working as the director of Strategic Planning at Yongseong Department Store who hides his alter ego "Black Dragon" to get recognized as the conglomerate's heir. The duo previously met each other as video game characters during their school years. Sixteen years later, they reunite, this time as a boss and employee.
Baek Soo Jung's teaser begins with Soo Jung reminiscing about her embarrassing past in anger. The scene shifts to Soo Jung shooting with a gun and standing confidently amidst scattered papers.
She firmly states, "I have decided to uncover his double life," hinting that she will make Ban Ju Yeon's work life anything but smooth sailing.
Ban Ju Yeon's teaser showcases his double life as the director of Strategic Planning at Yongseong Department Store and his game persona "black dragon".
Ju Yeon is first seen smiling contentedly as he meticulously cleans a pink figurine. He then shifts to his director mode, saying, "The meeting begins."
The scene swiftly transitions as his secret room morphs into a meeting room, and Ju Yeon appears in a sharp suit. With determination, he proclaims, "I will prove I'm perfectly qualified to be the heir," raising curiosity about whether he can keep his other identity hidden from Baek Soo Jung, and secure his place as the third-generation chaebol heir.
