Actress Ki Eun Se joins Lee Kyu Hyung and Ji Jin Hee in 'Kick Kick Kick Kick'
'The Tale of Lady Ok' actor Kim Jae Won will join hands with Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk in a new
Kim Jae Won's next K-drama project will be a Netflix original series.
On January 22, media outlets reported that Kim Jae Won will join Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk in the upcoming K-drama The Art of Sarah.
Kim Jae Won's agency Mystic Story shared their side regarding the casting reports. According to them, "Kim Jae Won is confirmed to join the new Netflix series 'The Art of Sarah.'"
This will be his second time to star in a Netflix original K-drama. Last year, he made his debut on Netflix through the K-drama Hierarchy. He worked alongside Roh Jeong Eui, Lee Chae Min, Ji Hye Won, Lee Won Jung, and Chae Seo An.
Kim Jae Won is currently starring in the JTBC series The Tale of Lady Ok led by Im Ji Yeon and Choo Young Woo.
Aside from The Art of Sarah, Kim Jae Won will also join the cast of the upcoming web K-drama Sea Village Cloud Pension with Nam Dae Jung and GFRIEND's Jung Ye Rin.
The Art of Sarah will revolve around a woman who has the desire to become an owner of a luxury brand even if all her products are fake and a man who will do anything to uncover the mystery behind Sarah's identity.
The upcoming K-drama will be the joint work of director Kim Jin Min (Goodbye Earth, My Name, and Extracurricular) and writer Chu Song Yeon.
Kim Jae Won will be working with confirmed main leads Shin Hye Sun and Lee Joon Hyuk.
Shin Hye Sun will play the role of Sarah, the head of the Asia branch of a high-end brand who will get involved in a mysterious murder case. Lee Joon Hyuk on the other hand will play the role of Park Mu Gyeong, the detective who will investigate the murder case. Kim Jae Won will portray the role of Ji Hwan in the series. The details of his character are still not yet unveiled.
The Art of Sarah will begin its filming this month. It will exclusively premiere on Netflix and it will reportedly have 8 episodes.
