Yoon Park will possibly join the upcoming K-drama Doctor Slump.
According to SPOTV News on March 6, Yoon Park will lead the upcoming medical romance K-drama Doctor Slump. He will possibly work alongside the main leads Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye.
Yoon Park's side hasn't responded to the casting news.
If Yoon Park confirms his casting, this will be his second upcoming K-drama for the year. The actor will also star in the upcoming series Beneficial Fraud with Chun Woo Hee, Kim Dong Wook, Lee Yeon, Girls Day's Park So Jin, and Yoo Hee Je. Last year, Yoon Park is booked with several K-dramas. He appeared in the series Forecasting Love and Weather, Gaus Electronics, and Fanletter, Please.
Yoon Park has starred in several K-dramas such as You Are My Spring, Birthcare Center, Search, Radio Romance, Introverted Boss, Age of Youth, and more. He is known for his versatility as a villain and also as a second lead in a romance K-drama.
Last weekend, Doctor Slump already held their script reading. The only confirmed cast of the K-drama is still Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye.
Doctor Slump will be the collaboration work of director Oh Hyun Jong (Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo) and screenwriter Baek Sun Woo (What's Wrong with Secretary Kim and My Roommate Is a Gumiho).
The upcoming K-drama will narrate the story of doctors who are suffering from a slump and will do their best to overcome it and return to their lives.
Yoon Park got the offer to play the role of Dae Young in the series. No details have been revealed about his character.
Doctor Slump is scheduled to premiere in the second half of 2023.
