Looking for a movie I saw about 2 children and they're experiences in a new neighborhood.

It was a chinese film about a single mother and her 2 children (a boy and a girl) who just moved to a new city. They're mother is always at work and the kids interact with the neighborhood kids, sometimes getting along, sometimes not.

Kind of like a slice of life film.

The film could be older than 2017, I don't know the release year.
