yeah like in the novel it's the soul of FL that transmigrates into the Xue Li unlike in the drama where they don't exchange souls. 

With that different encounters are unnecessary like no one knows who she is ..until like later.. 

I would say drama has its pros as the novel has a bit of Mary Sue going on.. single woman army kinda

You didn't actually read my post. The link I posted is not stolen because it is a raw untranslated version. Since Blooming Translation started in 2019 and has translated only 123 out of 230 chapters it's safe to assume that if you want to finish the book before the next four years you will have to use something like Google Translate to translate the page. On Blooming Translation's website, they have a link to the raw untranslated version, but unfortunately, that site has pornography ads so forget reading it in public! The link  https://www.hetushu.com/book/5059/index.html I posted is the raw untranslated version that works well when Google Translate translates the page and does not have pornographic anime ads.

Not too much ....there's no transmigration in the live-action, she survives the murder attempt but has no idea who ordered her death while in the book, the mastermind is the one to send her off.  The Jiang family is much more horrible in the book while the show allows everyone to shine equally and not just a Jiang Li one man show.  Jiang Li actually has those inconvenient human issues in the drama which are glossed over in the book. The book is amazing and the same author as "Rebirth of the Empress of military lineage"
