That's funny because I feel that way about Korean actors/actresses. Meh. But I can see where you're coming from, and that's probably because there are a lot of "hafu" or half Japanese actors and actresses.
As far as actors are concerned, I would say that I personally find Japanese actors more attractive. To me, their faces just seem more natural looking. Like it isn't uncommon to see actors that have slightly crooked noses or teeth, acne, or dark spots on their faces. I think that Korean actors are almost a little too perfect, like their faces are flawless to almost being uninteresting to look at. And plus given the prevalence of plastic surgery I can't look at any of them and not wonder "did they or didn't they?" I also prefer the slender body type that is prevalent among the Japanese actors. At first when I got into Korean stuff I was all amazed by abs and stuff but after a while it's like if you've seen one you've seen them all. Toned muscular bodies don't impress me all that much anymore. I mean they're certainly nice to look at but I don't go crazy over chiseled guys.
As far as the women, I can't really say.
