I'm trying to find a JDrama I saw a few years ago(my 1st JDrama)
I watched it on YT and I know it had 3 parts.
It's a story that starts in school(highschool, not sure), the male is a teen that's always pissed and doesn't talk much, the girl is very shy, they fall in love and the dude seemed kinda possessive.
As far as I remember they had an abortion at some point and in the end the male dies from disease after fighting with it for some time...there's a scene where the girl is running towards the hospital while in a call with him as he dies.
I remember a image of the movie, where you can only see them from the neck up, they're looking up and you could see the sky(I'm not sure if they were indoors with the sky appering from the window or they were outside)
