I haven't watched any jdramas in so long. Wondering if there have been any good romance ones recently with good stories? :)

These are the 2 that stuck most with me

Kikazaru Koi ni wa Riyuu ga Atte
Shanai Marriage Honey  (came out in 2020 but i notice you have not seen it yet, its truly a gem in terms of romance dramas :) )

Neechan No Koibito

Shanai Marriage Honey (VERY different from NNK)

Also, Okaeri Mone has a REALLY interesting romance arc. Slower-moving than an ant through treacle, but really engaging with a satisfying wrap, imo.

Koi desu: Yankee-kun to hakujou garu, sweet romcom about a blind girl and a yankee guy, ended a few weeks ago.

but it hasn't been fully subbed in ages

Kanojo wa kirei datta I love this drama and it has only 10 eps <3

Something's wrong with us based on one of my favourite josei manga. it's an enemies to lovers drama with only 8 eps <3

shanai romance honey was bland, but atleast it was short

Do you have anymore recommendations? I'm after dramas with good stories. I lose interest if dramas are too bland or boring

I just finished Chijo no Kiss - whooooooooo, their chemistry was on fire! And there was more skinship and kissing than maybe any J-drama I've seen yet (except for Todome no Kiss, but that was different, of course.)
