The left State minister seems to be caught in his status of a nobleman.

He likes Kyung Tak more, but can´t show it because of the dumbasses around him. I believe that the big bro will die and Kyung Tak will be the heir for his father.
Watching this drama is like a medical history review...

I found a way to see the less possible of the operation scenes. I stopped watching this show for now and instead I have been watching Jin 1 & 2 Japanese version which I just finished and in it there was also a lot of operations. It's difficult to explain how I was really doing it, but basically I was covering the screen with my hand (from a distance so that I could cover all the screen) leaving uncovered only the bottom part of the screen where I could still see the subtitles and just a glimpse of the operation and then when they was switching scene I would remove my hand and so on.

My explanation is not really clear but bottom line is by doing that I could follow the drama without trouble plus I didn't have to put myself through these images that would have been difficult to remove from my head/ memory.

i find the surgery sceens laughable, the effects are REALLY bad. i've said it before but it looks like a nerf ball and corn syrup blood.

As a med student, I too can't help but crack up a bit during those scenes rofl >o<
Haha I know nothing about brain surgery but I do get squeamish at the medical scenes when he cuts open the head. But I find it bearable. I am liking this drama so far, first episode didn't bore me and each episode has been interesting enough for me. It makes me want to find out what happens next. I'll probably watch the original after this drama ends. I just wonder how they're going to tie everything together in the end.

the first brain surgery in the hospital i laughed out loud b/c he he made a GIGANTIC hole in the brain and i'm thinking to myself, if he did that, the person would be dead! it looked like he totally seperated the two hemispheres. nuerosurgery looks a lot more delicate when derrick shepard does it.
