Guys, I really want to see unique k-dramas. Like not the typical romance chaebol thing, that's really boring for me.

Here are some dramas I really like. So if you could recc some like these it'd be great!

1. Signal

Usually I don't really like thriller dramas, most of them are quite dry. But this one digs deep in life and people relationships so it's fine.

2. Secret Love Affair

I like that it's concentrated in art / music aspect. And the way they see mature subject is unconventional. But it kinda makes me relate and think deeper about these kinds of relationships.

3. Age of Youth

Idk but the atmosphere is really unique here. Not too loud or too quiet.

Cinematography and music is nice, too. It's fun and yet has layers of meaning.

4. Pasta / Coffee Prince

For rom-com dramas I love these!! I've watched some Gong Hyo Jin's dramas and I also like them. I prefer some "realness" in acting, not just handsome/pretty actors.

Yeah, if you think there's a drama that's unique, well-done and has good meaning then recc it to me. Thank you guys!!!

Hey,
I've seen questions similar to this one here and here. Perhaps the answers there might help you out too? :)

The dramas that pop into my mind first (which really focus on characters) & that are not on your completed list are the following:
I Remember You
I Hear Your Voice
It's Okay, that's Love
The Producers
38 Task Force - Who knew tax collection could be so exciting
Cruel City - Excellent gangster drama
You're All Surrounded - Crime and comedy
Shopping King Louis - A breath of fresh air even though it's a rom com
Oh My Ghost - Hilarious and serious
Angry Mom - SEE THIS DRAMA! IT'S ACE
Valid Love - really good at showing shades of grey when it comes to long term relationships. it's excellent
Let's Eat - Hilarious and all about food - there's a murder mystery and a comedy here too
Baek Hee Has Returned (only 4 episodes)
+1 I Remember You/Hello Monster
+1 I Hear Your Voice
Flowers For My Life - It's old, and sweet and slow but really unique
The Village - Achiara's Secret - Really solid thriller
A New Leaf - I know lots of people didn't like it, but it's a lawyer/court drama.  Good actors put in solid performances.
White Christmas

Hope that helps!
As for "unique" drama, I would add :
- A wife's credentials and Alone in love - both are about adult relationship (as opposed to "youth relationship"), but those two dramas tend to be a bit slow and might not be everyone's cup of tea.
- Dear my friends - it might be a bit more of a tear jerker than Age of youth, but I liked how it depitected friendship and family relationships.
- Valid love is also on my list, it's really original, quirky and as Naksken said, showed some shades of grey. The storyline got a bit weird around the last episodes but overall it was a nice watch.
- Page turner - it's only 3 episodes long but I think it's worth a watch
- I liked 38 task force too. I thought it was an easy, pleasant watch for a thrillery-kind of drama.
since you're watching missing noir m & have seen misaeng, I won't mention those, but definitely +1 for cruel city, shopping king louie, white christmas (same writer as age of youth), dear my friends, & page turner. a few more to add:

healer - the writing is what stood out to me & what I feel makes it different from other kdramas, but I didn't notice or appreciate until around ep 4 or 5.
plus nine boys - really enjoyed the tone & balance in this one
late night restaurant - simple low key slice of life. it's based on shinya shokudo, but I haven't seen anything else like it as far as kdramas go.
Thank you guys for helping me! Some I've watched but I'll def check out the rest!
Its okay that's love
Cruel City
Dear My Friends
Dramas that gave me the "wow, this feels like a breath of fresh air effect":
Arang and the Magistrate (IMO, I've never seen a drama that was so good at blending so many genres together except maybe IHYV)
Marriage Not Dating
Mask
High School King of Savvy
+1 Angry Mom, I Hear Your Voice, Shopping King Louis, I Remember You
@Hanah: you're so right about Arang :)
