I feel the same. I want her to be his mother but she really might not be. I'm trying to look of any resemblance but the make up makes it hard...but anyway this mouth seems differents from Seo Hwa...

But I'm sure that the Japanese visitors are no coincidence and that the last scene of Kang Chi's mother will come back as least as a flashback. There is also that scar, on his cheek that surely will come out explained... Kang Chi must know about his mother's past.

Also, even if she is not her mother, I'm sure she has an incidence on the spiritual world. The ending made it pretty clear. Maybe she'll teach Kang Chi how to master his powers...

I'm a big fan of Lee Seung Gi, I love the character of Kang Chi, and I'm still waiting to see what his romance with Yeo Wol would bring, but it's true that there was something absolute about his parents relationship that I liked and miss. Like absolute love/hate/sense of betrayal/sadness.

it was definitely a powerful story, and I think it may just eclipse what was supposed to be the main love story.
It would be great if Ms.Mysterious woman could teach something to Kang Chi. Maybe when he can control his powers a little more his feelings of resentment toward his gumiho side will subside. I feel like I'm missing something How actually is Kang Chi going to get the Gu Family Book? Because he hasn't started the 100 day promise that Wol Ryung did. What plan does Kang Chi have to become human?

I think there is some drama logic going on on that note. right after Kang Chi first found out what he was the old mountain monk guy told him that if he took off the bracelet again he would stay gumiho'd out permanently and that hasn't happened so I think when it comes to the mystical aspect of it all they arent really going by firm rules, just whatever works best in that situation.
This "Mysertery Woman" as you guys are calling her really caught my attention.
I'm hoping to God Almighty that she is some badarse character that opposes the creepy, pedophile old man (kwan woong) and at the same time aides Kang Chi in growing as a person and Gumiho.

Also those sexy eyeballs that I saw in Episode 12 have been haunting me every since. ;)

I am pissed at romance, somehow I feel nothing, maybe now that Chung Jo is out of the picture that everything will be good between Yeo Wool and Kang Chi but I am sure Chung Jo will comeback afterwards.

I couldn't agree more. I have nothing against Chung Jo in particular, but I was annoyed (but not shocked) when she had the same reaction as Kang Chi's mom upon seeing his Gumiho side. Yeo Wool on the other hand, is such a beautiful and strong person, who seems so dedicated and in love with Kang Chi. Hopefully in the next episode we see them getting closer, and Chung Jo far, far, far, far, far away.

fighting! ^^

I think that is Kang Chi wants to start the 100 day promise he first has to know how to control his gumiho side without the bracelet. And only after he has control can he then start the 100 day promise ^^
judging by the fact that ms mysterious lady is on the other side right now, for all we know she might be a gumiho slayer or something ._.

I also don't think she's his mother, the little of her face they showed is totally not Seo Hwa.
Romance on the other hand, hmmm let's say that they don't want to focus about it here and somehow, I find nothing wrong with that.

Yes, since she's with that guy, she may actually be used as a weapon against Kang Chi.

Oh no...oh no that sounds like a very, very good guess...I don't if I like that ...
I think mysterious lady is his momma...like maybe the Japanese dude saved her when she was sliced down by Pedo ahjussi. Wol Ryung is baaaaack <3<3<3

That would be interesting but so many people against Kang Chi isn't good.

On another note, I am curious to how willKang Chi's relationship with his father be like, it's true that he's a demon now but I don't think he will actually hurt his son, or maybe he will?!
That awkward moment when an evil dude is just sitting on a chair playing with his smartphone, LOL, I don't know whybut I found it quite weird.

Clearly photoshopped, everyone knows bad guys don't play on their smartphones.

I didn't mean that lol, I meant the way he sits there calmly with historical clothes as a gentleman, it's like he's not the same person playing the evil person in the drama :D
i already seen it and its so totally awesome
