[Discussion] Gu Family Book

The first two episodes made me cry so much. I loved it. I was so invested in the story of the parents. Hope the main leads live up to them. :'D Really don't want to wait another week for more episodes!

Ditto! parent's story was just done so well, now i just hope the main actors would do just as well

I actually like that song. I was taken aback initially, but after I heard it a second time my feelings began to change. The rhyming and words are a little elementary, but I think the singing is amazing. Especially when the male voice joins the female voice: the song becomes intense, intensifying the scene it accompanies too. That song is wonderful.

And about ep 1-2:
** I hate Yoon Seo Hwa so much. I really do. I thought she was a little arrogant when she first arrived at the gisaeng house, but given her situation... that behavior is absolutely acceptable. But betraying Wol Ryung was the last straw for me; He was only kind to her. I'm extremely glad that the main story-line will start. **

Well, I am excited to see Lee Seung Gi and Suzy in the upcoming episodes. :D

LOL, I'm going to be completely honest the first time I heard it I laughed so hard.
It was a tad bit annoying but then it sort of grows on you.

yea same and the singing was just a bit too loud for most those scenes :x

I started watching this and I wanted the whole story to revolve around the parents, they were so good. Best two first episode in a period drama. Let's see what will the main lead do, I am kind of scared since I never liked Suzy's acting.

At first I thought it's in some ancient language, than I realized it's English!
That moment when you realize you're watching too many asian dramas............................
