[B]I Need Romance[B/]

The story of the love, lives, marriage, careers and families of single and independent career women in their 30s.

Has anyone else heard of this drama, or is planning to watch it? I came across it today because Dramafever posted it. I think it started just this week.
When I saw the title of ur thread I didnt realise it was the title of a drama I htought maybe it was a personal request/plea & was thinking its not just me then lol
I watched the first episode yesterday actually, and I liked it enough to want to see the second episode. The opening credits are without question a cheap rip off of Sex and the City's opening, with cheesy faux samba playing and shots of the three friends glamming up the sidewalks of Seoul. So I approached the episode a bit guardedly, because I'm a fan of SATC (the show, not the atrocious films) and I have no interest in watching a K-drama try and fail to live up to it. SATC was obviously an inspiration for the writer(s) (the main character even does a voice over narration), but there's enough here that feels distinctly K-drama-ish. Plus, it's really neat to watch an Asian drama that depicts female characters talking about sex so openly. One character, the designated Maneater, tells the main character that she needs to research, explore, and discover her body---I think that was the moment that drew me in further than I had expected to go. The three friends are your basic cut-outs (the promiscuous one, the virgin, the in-between), but their banter felt very real and familiar to me---it reminded me of conversations I've had with my friends. And the young assistant who has a crush on the main lead is kind of a cutie. I'm already thinking up nicknames for him.

Um... So... Yeah, I liked the first episode, will watch the second some time this weekend before making a final decision.

Haha, that made my day.

And thanks for the helpful review BaT, I'll try out the first episode and see it if suits my taste.
I saw the description of this drama a couple of days ago, but I'm not sure whether to watch it or not.
I downloaded the 1th episode..But I keep avoiding it..
I'll come back later with my opinions about the series.
Watching! Just finished off episode 4 and wondering if the ending is a dream or reality.

But it's only up to episode 6. Are we talking about the same thing?

So good and episodes are short. Definitely enjoying this one. Drop that Coffee House schmouse stuff and come on over!
I originally posted this in the Favorite Drama Kiss thread, but I had forgotten I Need Romance has its own little discussion going, so I'm going to boost its post count by re-posting this comment here:

wrote: YES, SPREAD THE I NEED ROMANCE LOVE. Lib is right---I Need Romance has the most realistic kisses I've seen so far in my admittedly limited drama viewing. Watching this drama is like settling down to attack a pint of ice cream with my best girl friends, including many "Tell me about it, girlfriend!"s and "Oh no, he didn't!"s uttered during the too short 45 minutes.

Yes, that last comment is a bit of cliche, but it's still an apt description of the giddiness I Need Romance gives me.
I truly enjoy this drama more than most lately. It has a real life feel to it; like you have been there, done that.
I am currently watching it but it doesn't really grasp me in but i will continue since i want to see how it all ends since i a, rooting for the hotel guy. It's weird that In Young is my least favorite character so far and also what's up with the music that keeps playing. It's so distracting from the show.

Also does anyone know the name of the actors that play Alex & the disposable guy

Oh Lord, the half Asian guy - Alex, played in Midas. I will have to look him up.
