[Discussion] Empress Ki

I really like this drama from the start. Tbh. I'm not much fan of "children-versions story" being told for long time in the drama so I'm happy they kept it short. Same with "she is acting as a boy" (which in many dramas is "too long period"). Now I can focus on the most interesting thing (for me) - all this "Queen - Concubine" story/fight :D

I watched episode 10 and there's a scene between the Yuan emperor and Seung Nyang which broke my heart. *sniffles* I still love this drama as much as when I first started it. It's the one I anticipate the most each week. Though, I still think I should have started it later because having to wait a week for the episodes is killing me! I think I'm going to re-watch all episodes next week. I'm also in love with the instrumental tracks.

What did you think of the scene when the Yuan emperor asks Seung Nyang to take....Seung Nyang's place ? And that ending! Another cliffhanger.

ahaha yea i was finally able to watch ep 10, gooddrama failed me but a fellow MDLer posted some link up ...stopped everything i was doing and went to watch it lol

that scene is pretty heart breaking, you can just telling how Seung Nyang heart was wavering at that moment, i love how we see the different sides of the prince. Lol not just the ending cliff hanger but a trailer cliff hanger too =_=

i'm growing a big interest on the turk girl.

Yeah, she was definitely wavering. She can tell how scared and lonely he really is in that part. I also like how they are slowly developing his character, showing he's just not a spoiled baby.

this 2 episode was really intense.. i hope they will continue to do so.. waiting for next episode so agonizing.. next epi preview so extreme! feels like my heart is burning w/ desire to see it right now! right now!

ahah i didnt think about that, i just thought she didnt wrap her chest or something so its more visible

I really hope they keep doing it this way. I really dislike sudden changes in the personality of the character.

I watched Ep. 11 and there's one part that kind of made no sense to me. I get it's K-drama land and all, but *Seung Nyang is a warrior, and even if she was in lala land, for me it was pretty unbelievable how Togon just walked up to and almost touched her without her noticing. I thought it was like second nature to her to be alert and aware of her surroundings.*

I still can't get over how dense the Yuan emperor is. I facepalmed while laughing...lol

well after she became a slave or watever her guards been down.
ahaha i cant get over how dense he is too! but it all made sense since he does have that stupid looking personality right now lol

high five! not a huge fan of historic and not a fan of longggg drama too! but we got ha ji won in mulan style :) made all the difference for me to try

i'm loving how the ep is split into 2 stories, 1 with the physical action and 1 with the emotional battle in the court. i dont even have a second to take my eyes off
