Remember one scene, forgot the title

Hi! I remember two scenes from two different k-dramas but can't remember their titles.

#1 At the beginning of the drama. FL works part-time, ML orders food to the nightclub, she delivers it, gets mad and high-kicks him.

#2 Not a historical drama.  FL is supposed to become an empress (or something like that), ML is the guy teaching her the etiquette, he tries to gain her trust but has some ulterior motives. I remember the scene where she cries in an old carriage that is standing inside a room (and ML finds her there).

Any ideas?

No idea how you figured it out, but you're right! Where did I get this carriage from? My memory plays tricks on me, thank you very much!
