I think this is a Kdrama Could be C drama..
FL is sent to a country farm (dairy, producing milk) for a me business/land/marketing deal for her company. The owners a mother and son are not receptive, a bit secretive. The FL ends up working hard around the farm to get them to soften up. She restores a old wood sign with Chinese characters on it. The ML ends up being a pseudo estranged brother from these farm owners. He had left after their father died right in from of him after a business deal went bad. The female antagonist had convinced the father to provide milk for their big company/coffee shop chain, but the coffee chain tainted the milk with fillers and chemicals and it poisoned people, some of whom died. The estranged brother left the farm to start his own business and became successful. He gets involved with the business of the farm about the time the FL shows up to persuade. The mother has a bit of Alzehimers.
One scene in particular: she is in the back of a truck with a bunch of sacks of fertilizer and it suddenly starts to drive off (bad guy driving) and it rolls over. She is laying there unconscious when ML comes upon the scene and goes to help. The sacks began to fall and he protects her from the falling and weight of the sacks by holding his body above her.
