9 and 10 went too fast. I think I should re-watch them. Jung Il Woo is so good in this role but Lee Ki Woo is doing a great job as Kang Hyuk. I adore his quirky character. I do want the OTP together but I now understand 2nd lead syndrome and what all the fuss has been about. Up until Yoon Kye Sang playing Yoon Pil Joo in The Greatest Love, I didn't really get 2nd lead syndrome. Never had that syndrome before. Mr. Column...Mr. Sleepyhead...Mr. Talky Mouth...spouting all his hot words; calling her wife and telling her he has to go to bed because things might get dangerous. Psshhh! Eun Bi! I would have jumped off that counter and climbed him like a tree!

...okay, I'm done.
At this point, I'm rooting for Kang Hyuk. I really won't to know more about CCS's mother.

jeanie65jh wrote: A pretty enough picture yes...But it's the little details that make this drama so special. I watch now for those little details. Kang Hyuks eccentricities (like dancing up to Eun Bi all '90's stylin' or sleeping as he's standing while making the Ramyun), Cha Chi Soo's cluelessness...his complete lack of self awareness. Cha Chi Soo's father's wisdom always spouted from the bath tub or the couch, (He's kinda clueless about the outside world but he's pretty smart about love) and Hyun Moo's knitting and general womanly tendencies that he has no embarrassment over. Eun Bi's funny daydreaming. Ba Wool's constant fight with himself on being a tough guy or completely giving into and mooning over the girls he loves. And the hilarious and creative way FBRS is coming to the ultimate conclusion that almost any Rom/Com must come to...The pairing of the leads romantically. So Good! All of these small details and quirky strangeness are set into a strong, solid story frame that is acted so well. I could watch you all day. I heart you FBRS.

I could not have said it better myself.
Ahhhh!!! Its Monday tomorrow!!!
Gah!! FBRS! You're killing me! See...here's the problem...Don't get obsessed with dramas that are still airing when you don't speak the language. Don't read recaps! I want to watch 11 and 12 so bad. This drama is so good. What? You're not watching it? Why not?
ep.11: what propose a girl to be a girlfriend but not taking her heart, but only care of himself come on Cha Chisoo way more effort to make her yours.

Great acting Jung Il Woo always makes funny action & great mimic. The script writer is also great include Pororo inside & funny action & conversation kekeke :D

Ba Wool makes So Yi jealous cuz his closeness with Eunbi: "she's just the noona i know, don't get mad, you also go out with the oppa you know in each district." :D like a revenge time, but surely So Yi gets jealous.
ep.12: Ahjummas are confused.......
Wu Hyun Woo said: "Teacher!"
Eunbi explained to Ahjummas: "When i was interning, he was our class president."

Kim Ba Wool: "Noona!"
Eunbi explained: "He is a dongsaeng i live with."

Choi Kang Hyuk: "Wifey!"
Ahjummas: "You got married ? When ? & didn't invite us ?"

Cha Chisoo: "Honey ~"
Ahjummas: "Who is this man ?"
Cha Chisoo:"This is my honey. Pretty baby. I'm his boyfriend."

Ahjummas: "An old student, a dongsaeng that you know, a husband, & a boyfriend. You all live in the same household ?"

Choi Kang Hyuk: "This is our new extended family."

:D :D :D
A bit spoilery

Episodes 11 and 12 of FBRS were wonderful...especially 12. I feel like there is finally some breakthrough on Cha Chi Soo's part to not just understand how "he feels" but to realize that part of loving someone is the joy of getting to know them; to care for them, to be interested by them, to want to be in their presence and to see them happy. Not just for you but because you love them, you want them to be happy. This kind of love is a concept that his selfish, self loving upbringing has made foreign to him. Seems like things are starting to break open. I think for Eun Bi she is starting to see more of a human side to Cha Chi Soo, but also her reactions to his new found realizations are very telling. Like him making this realization and acting on the same are the things that can sway her to be willing to love him back.

But...I think they have a ways to go and I wonder if this show will do the unconventional thing? At this point I like both men for Eun Bi with my favor slightly tipping to Cha Chi Soo. It's tilted toward him because I feel like there is an underlying undeniable spark between them. Something fated...more so than with Kang Hyuk. The way the writers are executing the story and unfolding the plot has me being more of an eager spectator rather than a fangirl shipper at the end of the day. Ep 12 had a great reveal and I am anxious to see where this new development takes us as we round the corner to the 4 episodes of this amazingly cool drama! LOVE FBRS! ♥

Hmmm..I wonder why this is fading for you? I've had that happen to me as well. Protect The Boss faded a bit but I trudged through it and was glad I did. Most of my "On Hold" list is a reflection of losing the love for a drama. Jung Il Woo's hair isn't the greatest either. I agree. I watched an episode of Take Care of the Young Lady last night and loved his black hair in that. His hair should not be light orangy brown...ever. But I love his character and I'm still into this show....obviously.
PinkDiamond wrote: It may have something to do with Chi Soo's personality. I like guys who are a tad bit arrogant...but not arrogant, loud, ill-mannered; Chi Soo is both. It's why I had problems with Boys Over Flowers. I loved the drama, but Jun-Pyo (or however you spell it) was arrogant and loud.

I love Il Woo, but his character in this drama grates on my nerves. Not to mention I have second lead syndrome...so I'll be rooting for Ki Woo's character.

And when is everyone going to sort out how they feel? I'm on episode 9 already! Geez! I get antsy pretty quickly.

I hated Jun-Pyo and Tae Kyung (?) JGS's character in YB and in episode 11, he reminded me of them both. But I still like the drama.

I also have second lead syndrome, but he's being way too passive, which is making me want to shake him.

Spoilers..

Anyone else notice how they compared the love process to the digestive system process? And what's with calling a woman "poop"... Never-mind that his proposal sucked....He called her poop. He would have gotten a red card from me....and would have been kicked out of the game with no chance of returning....
I watched the first 12 episodes and I really love this drama ;) I can only recommend it for anyone who likes a bit comedy and romance<3

Well his confession was really stupid....And I am a fan of the second guy too<3 I still hope to see them come together but most likely the second lead doesn´t get the girl...,( Well I will contine to rate for him and just contine to watch and see what will happen next;)
This is my fave K drama out right now.

And I am hopelessly holding on to them perhaps extending it? Please? Pretty Please?

Cant believe there are only 4 eps left :(
