If it's a movie i would recommand :
Duelist (korean) : even though it's full of cinematography, it's still a material arts movie plus there's romance and the most outstanding lead male in it.
House of flying daggers (chinese) : as usual awesome material arts with romance plus the lead male is cool.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (chinese) : Great material arts movies with great action scenes and some romance.
Hero (chinese) : If u're Jet Li fan then u really need to see this, the great action skills.
Mulan (chinese) : the disney Mulan though it's a little deffrent, it's full of action.
That's all i can think of for now, and all that comes to my mind are chinese movies, but again when it comes to material arts movies chinese movies are the best ever !
