Rec a good melodrama

Looking for a good korean melodrama that hooks you from the first 10-15 minutes of the first episode, or at least the first episode, and has some "drive". Must have some comedy and romance; also a happy ending. I don't like dark dramas. I prefer korean as I've yet to see any other asian that I really like. 

Bonus points:

* lead looks like he/she's going to loose a "battle" but somehow pulls it off, most of the time-I hate it when the lead looses every time only to win the last one.

* villain has some fire in him/her, like the guy in Mask

* has funny gangsters, like in Yong Pal

* lead makes friends in high and low places

Cruel City - this one is rather intense.... and dark... but it has gangsters! it hits everything on the bonus list^^
Innocent Man - my all time fav melodrama, it takes a few episodes
Kill Me, Heal Me
That Winter, the Wind Blows

Liar Game - this is from your "winning all the time" idea. Not really a melodrama though.
I hear your voice - simular vibe to Pinocchio


So melodramas are usually the sad difficult revenge type things. Are you looking for just normal dramas? if so...
