Sassy Go Go if I remember correctly had some fun upbeat songs

best OSTs in my opinion is heartstrings or shut up flower boy band

I liked the OST songs from I Hear Your Voice by One Fine Day (I think they sang 2 songs) a lot because they seemed upbeat. Also, a lot of TVN shows have zippy, upbeat tracks (Cheese in the trap, Oh Hae Young, Drinking solo). 

And Dong Yi has a song that starts with kids singing...it's really cute.
