Great plot, non-weak and girly female, & not a lot of cliche scenes

I'm looking for the same kind of drama x) but are you looking more for actions, thriller, romance...? 
Otherwise I really liked Evil Mind, and Decoded  (Chinese) but it's still men who are the lead ^^ 

Would highly highly recommend A Touch of Green. It's a Taiwanese period drama filled with strong female characters, some romance and lots of emotional pain, but extremely well-written. Also Legend of Lu Zhen, a historical Chinese drama with a strong feminist plot and a good dose of romance. Also not sure if this has been subbed into English though there is a higher probability it has than with A Touch of Green. http://mydramalist.com/4269-legend-of-lu-zhen

Prince of Lan Ling, also a Chinese historical drama, carries a similar feminist vibe in my opinion, though it may get a bit draggier halfway through. http://mydramalist.com/4033-prince-of-lan-ling

An older kdrama suggestion would be Shining Inheritance. It may be a bit cliche in its premise, but I found the female lead to be refreshingly not weak at all.http://mydramalist.com/70-shining-inheritance

The Priness' Man --- great plot ...  smart, strong and very brave female! ... most perfect female lead!
Scarlet Heart --- great writing ... excellent!
Sound of the Desert --- good story ... she's tough and smart
Empress Ki --- excellent .... perfect first half, w/ minor plot holes in the second half
Queen Seon Dook  --- strong female lead and an Amazing female Villain!
East of Eden  --- melodrama, so maybe not what u want ... But Great revenge plot and all the women were strong and smart! .... especially Guk-Ja, brave, smart and clever ... she pursued him all the way!

+1 Night Light.
Both the leads are women: they are strong and smart and calm. There's no screaming and yelling, there's almost no romance. It's about business and the plot is filled with intrigue like a sageuk set in modern times.  It's slow, so take your time with it, but the pace is necessary for the story.
