Ladyboy Movies&Dramas (romance preferred)

Hi!

Please recommend me some dramas or movies!
The important part for me is that the main lead (or she will be the pair of the main lead) character be a ladyboy!
But I don't want those which give the "documentary"-feeling like I'm watching a NatGeo movie.
I would prefer thai dramas/movies, but in reality I don't care about the country. :)

9 to 5 j drama has a side story about a young lady boy who is in love with a girl

If ladyboy meaning the crossdressing not the sexuality

If its about crossgender usually they are in historic drama as maidens and never been protagonists

If you mean bl genre where the ladyboy is a shy and submissive boy there are tons in webtoons and mangas .

By "ladyboy", I mean real ladyboys.
The character was born as a male, but she is a woman now. At least in face and chest.
And she should be the main, or be a couple with the main.
It doesn't matter if the ladyboy will be together with a male or a female.

I haven't actually seen it, so you have to read comments, maybe watch a trailer or something, but while I was browsing mdl some time ago, I found this:

there is also a 'transgender' tag, you can click on it and check out recommended

thai shows sometimes have kathoeys as a supporting cast, but I haven't watched any with a lead ladyboy
