Help Me Find It KDrama

Okay so a year or two ago I saw a trailer or a clip of a scene of this drama or movie, I'm not sure what it was. 

But it looked like a man who worked undercover for these bad guys and in one scene there was a woman tied up and the bad guys were watching through cameras, so he had to torture her even though it was evident he knew her or cared for her or didn't want to??

I know that's super vague but that's all I have.
