Light Japanese dramas/movies recommendation?

I need some good light Japanese dramas/movie where there is female lead who has a strong character and is likable and where male lead falls in love with her before she does? (I have notice it is other way around in most Japanese dramas ^^'')

You don't have to recommend me something which is based on romance, it could be mainly focus on other genre but have little romance is also welcome!

Let me add: Haken no Hinkaku

It's a hilarious office drama that is easy to watch. The romance is not the main focus, but it's obviously there, not implied like in many Jdramas.
