Before I recommend you anything, I want you to answer this question: do you want BL with skinship AND good (or at least not awful) plot /these are scarce/ or do you also accept absolute poop as long as it has some intimate scenes?

I love you as a man/like love (your ptw) - if you get your hands on uncensored version, there's an actual porn scene in the middle. Plot and acting are not THAT great and imho it's very skippable, but it's not awful.

(movie) sodom's cat - no plot. There's only porn. 

what the duck - plot is pretty much skippable (but still watchable) but they kiss and generally do Adult Things at least once per episode. 

2 good/decent tier

History 3 trapped: it's one of my fav BLs, there is no explicit stuff but there is a good amount of (cute and sexy) skinship

Just Friends?: short, very cute

Falling in Love with a rival - plot and acting are bad, show is skippable but skinship is present. There used to be some... interesting *wink wink* behind the scenes on YT, not sure if they are still available

I am your King: short, no plot, random skinship. Expect a 2/10 masterpiece. 

Red Wine in the Dark Night - I don't remember much about it because I tried my best to forget EVERYTHING about it but iirc it has some (f*cked up) skinship
