I'm currently watching "Dreaming back to the Qing Dynasty", already finished all 14 airing episodes. I've finished also all time-traveling dramas till 2019 and re-binging them. Any country or language, doesn't matter to me. My favorites currently in that order : 1. Scarlet Heart Ryeo. 2. Love better than Immortality. 3. Jade Palace Lock Heart Seasons 1 and 2". I've finished all older than November 2019 historical time-traveling romance and reverse harem included the Chinese Scarlet Heart version.
