If you want good/more realistic examples of doctors, I wouldn't look in a kdrama lol. I've heard the American show The Resident is pretty medically accurate for a drama, tho the first few episodes are really campy, (I'd personally recommend season 2 episode 20 since it's based on a real case).
If you're dead set on a kdrama, I second Doctors since it's the most chill (or at least as much as I remember). The characters were really caring. Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim is way too unrealistic in my opinion (tho very entertaining). Same with Doctor Stranger, a lot of dramatic flare with the lead doctor doing things that seem impossible to make him look like a genius (and i'm pretty sure in both dramas they do things that in real life would have their medical licenses revoked).
I haven't seen Hospital Playlist, but given the slice of life tag it might also be a good option. I have also heard good things about A Poem A Day. Good luck with your assignment!
