Can you recommend me a drama with villain falling in love, obsessed with the female lead like he loves female lead so much that he can't live without her. Drama can be Korean, Chinese or Japanese.

The Legend of the Condor Heroes (1983)

Yang Kang, the main villain, falls in love with Mu Nianci.  She's not exactly the female lead, but she's a major character who appears in many episodes.

looks like you really like this kind of plot end watched everything. I love it too but havent watched many, can you recommend dramas where female loves villain too, even if they don't have good end. there are many dramas where villain in obsessed tith FL but mostly she hates or doesn't care about him.

what I remember villain/antihero falls for FL and she has feelings too:

Cruel City  (he is ML but anti hero type and this is GREAT drama!)

Kill It (he is ML but contract killer, she is detective)

Bad Guys (there is secondary story about killer bad guy (one of  main leads) falling for woman whos husband he killed)

and if you haven't seen cruel city or lucifer definitely  try them. both are great, cruel city is masterpiece
