Can anyone recommend a drama (Can be Cdrama's Kdrama's or Jdrama's- but part of me feels that there are no Jdrama's that fit this bill) that have a hidden pregnancy where the woman has the baby and the father doesn't know until a little later. I'm such a sucker for such drama's!
