You might like Unnatural, which is about forensic pathologists.  I don't think I've seen any other Asian dramas about scientists.

If you don't mind a non-Asian recommendation, you might like Chernobyl (2019).  It's about the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, and the main character is a scientist.
