Can you please recommend me dramas that female lead is falling for the man first but male lead rejects her and later he regrets. I really liked Suspecious Partner. I watched playful kiss even if it wasn't that good.

More Than Friends fits the criteria, but I haven’t seen it and the reviews are mixed so decide for yourself.

Oh I thought you probably had watched it already, it should be right up your alley. Plenty of rejection, plenty of regrets, a lots of groveling. The leads are not the prettiest but they really can act.
