Character was framed as evil or made a scapegoat(ie were good or innocent all along)
Character was bad or involved with crime directly but changed side
Part of the mob/crime and motivated by greed but decided to fight against corruption in the end
Kind of morally gray characters that do bad things with good intentions or complicated to classify
- Inspector Koo (the villainess is a serial killer but her targets are also villains . She works with the 'good guys' at some point too)
- The Devil Judge (A judge who breaks the law but was also treated as a villain from childhood. He takes the blame for others and was on the good side you could say.
- The Veil -Did things in the name of country but who was actually on the right side is revealed
- Moebius: The Veil
- Mouse - Who is bad and who is good is questioned throughout. A major theme for pretty much all the characters
- Word of Honor -Both good at heart but do bad things for different reasons. At the end who is truly bad?
- Doctor John - This up to interpretation and the ML went to prison for it. Is he a good doctor?
- The Wolf - Turns out ML was on the good side and some of the other character too. ML was painted as vicious but also treated FL badly most of the drama.
