‘Realistic’ dramas/movies

Does anyone know any realistic dramas/movies that contain either:

- realistic fighting scenes where the main characters do get injured and lose to the antagonists like what happened in the k-movie: Midnight Runner 

- realistic legal cases like Extraordinary Attorney Woo (not like Vincenzo though)

- just something that is realistic lol

If realistic, then some jdrama. :)

Onna wa Sore o Yurusanai - I would say, that it is pretty good law drama , with 2 female lawyers in main roles. They were a good team. Their story and character development was also good.

I have a custom made list for dramas/movies based on true story/events. In the list there will be some Korean crime movies which are realistic.

The Great White Tower - The 2nd half of the drama is about a malpractice lawsuit.  It's probably the most realistic court case that I've seen in a drama.

Tie Xi Qu: West of the Tracks - Widely regarded as one of the best documentaries ever made, and it's probably the most realistic Asian movie that I've seen.
