General ML Falls For Ordinary FL

Any historical dramas where the male lead is a general or someone with enough authority that intimidates most people? The ML isn't an Emporer though. Examples: Ling Buyi from Love Like The Galaxy, and Xiao Duo from Unchained Love. The FL is someone from a lower status than the ML. The ML falls for her pretty quickly.

Was also going to mention Dream of Splendor, excellent drama with some exciting action scenes. Really liked the ML, who starts off somewhat unlikeable. He had good chemistry with the competent FL. He is responsible for interrogations, known as the Living Devil.

Meets some, but not all, of your criteria:

• The Story of Ming Lan - It takes the ML a while to fall for the FL, but he falls first. The ML is from a powerful family, but it also takes him a while to achieve a status level that really intimidates most people.
  
• The Legends - Initially the ML and FL both have no status, but the FL is strong and the ML is weak. The FL uses her strength to achieve a high / intimidating status, while the ML remains low-status. Then a series of events shakes things up - the ML takes on a high / intimidating status and the FL takes on a lower status as a result.
• Who Rules the World - The ML and FL are both master martial artists and royalty, but they keep their royal identities hidden. The ML learns about the ML's royal identity much earlier than the FL learns about the FL's royal identity, so for a good while he thinks she has a lower status.
• One and Only - The ML is a prince and a general. The FL's status isn't that much lower than the ML's and it's a slow burn romance.
