I will list both before mentioned ones, and also new ones. I love thrillers both in movies and dramas, they are my favorite genre I think.
One Ordinary Day - character focused, and the acting is off the charts. Being only 8 episodes long, the story doesn't drag at all
Through the Darkness - one of my favorite works from 2022
Designated Survivor: 60 Days - this one is NOT mentioned enough! It became one of my favorite dramas ever. I hate political dramas and I can get bored quite easily with them...this one though is AMAZING. I loved the main character but also the supporting cast is off the charts. One best examples on "who did it? "as well...it kept me guessing
Forgotten (movie) - I really don't think you will guess the culprit in this one
Memories of Murder (movie)- old time favorite Bong Joon Ho film in my case. It keeps you engaged from the beginning until the end. Based on a real case
Children of Nobody - another underrated gem, kept me on the edge of my chair
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi - insanely good, I stumbled upon it on Netflix and ended watching it on one sitting
