Hi! Lately I’m in the mood for dramas that have relatively early (at least established by the first third/half of the story) but well fleshed out romantic development that have leads fall at the same time. Do you have any recs?

Examples: The Tale of Nokdu, Love All Play (the latter inspired this ask)

Maybe:

  • Love O2O
  • One Spring Night
  • Queen InHyun's Man
  • Run On
  • Descendants of the Sun

I loved One Spring Night! Despite them realising their feelings early though, it's still a slow burn, because the FL is already in a relationship (This is not a spoiler.)

Also, Encounter - It's a very fast romance, and a light, easy watch.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but it's also been years since I went out of my way to watch romance.

Link: Eat, Love, Kill - fantasy/mystery

Twenty Twenty - college setting

She Would Never Know - office work

Summer Strike - FL moves to countryside for self discovery

Both versions of Kimi ni Todoke- The Movie or The Series - They actually fall in love at first sight with each other but they don't know about the other's feelings until about halfway through.

Marry Me!- Their marriage is arranged by the government, but they are super sweet and kind to each other and fall in love fairly quickly.

Shanai Marriage Honey- They don't know each other at all before they marry, but again they are kind and understanding to each other, and fall in love fairly early in the drama

Busu no Hitomi Ni Koishiteru- They fall in love and get married fairly early in the drama.
