Option to Hide the Top Bar

When editing articles/pages it's really easy to bring the mouse too far up, bringing it down to click on something and then clicking on something in the explore or people drop down boxes. Is there any way to perhaps give writers and those editing pages the option to hide the top/taskbar when editing?
