Adding Lists to Watchlist

Would it be possible to get a feature on lists to "add all/add all unlisted to my watch list" option? Sometimes I come across really good lists that are 300+ long and after browsing want to watch most of them but adding all of them to my PTW list one by one is exhausting and takes up so much time
