Certain shows/movies, especially from Taiwan and Mainland China, are spoken either entirely (or at least in parts) in non-Mandarin Chinese and currently there's no way to get this information from MDL (other than clicking on 'Edit information' or using other websites)
I have two suggestions!
1. Enable multi-select for languages - or at least make a second row called 'Secondary Origin Language' so users know that the show they are about to watch has at least some parts that are in other languages. It's especially helpful for people who want to learn Mandarin/watch videos raw and want to avoid ie. hokkien or cantonese dramas.
Example of a person who expected a mandarin audio and is unhappy about hokkien being spoken in a drama:

Adding some kind of indicator (10%, 25%, 50% or word indicators like 'Parts', 'Half' or 'A lot') would be helpful too (albeit optional)
2. Display language information somewhere in 'Details' on drama pages, ie. below Country. It'll help people to either avoid or seek out dramas spoken in non-Mandarin (or other languages like Korean)
If neither of these is possible, a language tag (like Teochew or Hokkien) would work as a temporary fix, too.
