BL fanmeets in Rome: anyone attending?

Hello MDLers! Gaia from northern Italy.

We've been lucky to get quite a few BL fanmeets in Rome (Force/Book, Mos/Bank, Earth/Mix, First/Khao, Noeul), I was wondering if anyone has been to any of those already, or if someone is planning to go to the next ones, which are going to be:

3/08 2024: Pond/Phuwin & Jimmy&Sea

11/01 2025: Off/Gun & Tay/New
12/01 2025: Boun/Prem & Force/Book & Great/Inn

Hopefully I'll try and see if I can go to OffGun's. <3

I've been to nearly all the fanmeets so far! (ForceBook, EarthMix/FirstKhao and just this month PondPhuwin/JimmySea!) I also already got my tickets for January (I'll be watching everyone except Boun/Prem) and can't wait to see ForceBook again, as well as meet the other couples. <3

Oooooh that's great! I wanted to come for PondPhuwin too but I run a wineshop and I had another event on the same day T_T

I booked an hotel with some friends in Trastevere (they are not drama fans so they'll visit the town while I'll attend the fanmeets) and I'm really looking forward to that day! *_*

Do the boys usually talk in English or in Thai or both? Do you easily manage to do both fanmeets when it's two couples on the same day?

Hiya! I randomly noticed this discussion. I love to attend those meetings. I'm happy something BL related is happening relatively close to me, so when I can, I attend.

My first one was JimmySea last August (I wanted to see EarthMix before so bad but I found out about the event too late) and I also attended the one this January, namely GreatInn, ForceBook and BounPrem. My EarthMix dream isn't over though, I got my pass for them and will see them this upcoming August.

As for how they talk, if they can speak English, they talk on their own (like GreatInn) and if not, then there's a translator who helps them and fans understand. Plus there are set schedules for all their activities, so you can manage to attend everything from every couple if you have pass for it, no collisions among the couples.

Yes, in the end I managed to be there too this January! But I did the fanmeets on saturday, OffGun and TayNew. TayNew talked in english, Tay was actually very fluent, I didn't expect it! OffGun on the contrary needed a translator, who to be honest didn't really do a smooth job.

I wanted to go in August too, but it's full working season for me (I live in a wine area in northern Italy), so I can't take days off. :(

It was the same for sunday's fanmeets, haha. We made fun among friends that from watching all those BLs, we'd translate some phrases better.:D Its was rocky at places but she did a decent job. Everyone in their team seems to be learning as they gain experience.

I liked that BounPrem tried to use the little English they knew so it felt wholesome. I was surprised from Great and Inn, though, they were completely fluent, both of them.

Aah, so hopefully there'll be another exciting set of ships next winter then. I like winter events more because Italy is way too hot for me during summer, I come from a colder country.:D

Yes, I'm happy they started this road so we can have more and more fanmeets as they learn how to organize themselves! :)

I kinda hope in DaouOffroad :P
Although it looks they are concentrating on GMMTV and it feels ok, as it might be easier to "find" more artists and share the expenses.

Where are you from, if I may ask? :)
Winter events are probably also better because it's low season... summer is high touristic season so prices tend to be higher for accomodation (plus this year there's the jubilee too! XD)
