I've finished the first volume of the manga. No sign of SSJ yet. When does he appear? 

I am not sure how to exactly answer you there. I only watched the anime and haven't seen the manga yet. From the anime, he appeared like towards the end. I only watched season 1 coz that's where he was mostly at and they said he won't be in the next season. I saw him first when Shurei was playing the erhu (that musical instrument) and among the crowd, Sakujun Sa appeared and paid for that instrument and that's where their interaction started and when he started to appear. This is from what I can recall only. Maybe someone else who's very familiar with the story even the manga version can answer you later on.?

Thanks and it's no problem at all. I think I read somewhere earlier that he first appears in vol 3 of the novel. Just wanted to be sure.

stunning!!? His role here is not something I normally root for but because I've seen his potential as an actor, I am rooting for him as CSX even as the villain. I'm sure I'll have a hard time rooting for the official couple here like in the anime because of him. Ahahaha. For me, he doesn't only have the looks but also the talent, and I hope that more opportunities will be presented to him so he can learn more, grow more, and apply them to his future projects??

If you have time, there's an interview of Can Tui, Performance Director in the industry (made a video interview not long ago about Yang Zi too) , that praise his acting skills and look toward worging with Deng Wei. I bet he is not the only one :p !
