Sisyphus - just couldn't get into this one past the first couple episodes. Based on time travel.

1. Bring It On, Ghost
Korean Drama - 2016, 16 episodes
Finally a romantic action flick where they kiss by episode 3 instead of 63! It's cute. A guy goes around evicting ghosts to make a living with the help of a ghost. It ends on a completely happy note and a lot of loveable goofy notes throughout. There are also points within it which are not for the squeamish because the bad ghost is truly evil, he kills people and pets with his bare hands onscreen.

2. The Plough Department of Song Dynasty
Chinese Drama - 2019, 36 episodes

3. The Devil Punisher
Taiwanese Drama - 2020, 20 episodes
This had potential, but the WRITING for the main heroine character has her so passive and difficult to get into. Now on the other hand, the "dating tips" are hilarious. The villain is the best character in the show though, and the cast don't really hang together. I'm ending up slogging through the end.

4. Vincenzo
Korean Drama - 2021, 20 episodes
Netflix. This is a FUN romp and you find yourself getting more and more emotionally invested over time. There's no "telling the character's innermost feelings/thoughts" here. And the music is amazing, perfect for whatever the scene is. The main heroine is also an incredibly emotive actress who emotes as much with her whole body as her words and face. Ever read Vlad Taltosh books by Steven Brust? The main character is him.

5. L.U.C.A.: The Beginning
Korean Drama - 2021, 12 episodes
Viki. Wow. Great show. Dark, be warned. I can't wait to see where they head in part 2 if they make one. As of Jun 2021 there aren't plans to that I know of, they're waiting on reception from the audience. This was placed under horror/thriller in Viki and I really think they made a poor genre choice - it will limit the audience and horror just doesn't usually mean great science fiction, which to me this is.
