Robert William Tandoc Blackburn, also known as Rob Blackburn,
is a Filipino singer, model, actor and streamer.

In 2019, he auditioned for 'Idol Philippines'. At the time, he was just only 16 years old and still living in Qatar. Sadly, the judges said 'NO' to him during his audition, but one of the judges Vice Ganda did say that he had the makings of being a star. Now he is living in Laguna, Rob is here to prove that Vice Ganda is right. He is good in both sports and singing.
