Matsushima Shohei, simply known as Shohei, is a Japanese singer and member of MYTRO (마이트로).

When he was still in Japan, he was signed under Avex Artist Academy and was announced as a member of the group unit BXB in 2017. Unfortunately, the group disbanded in early 2018.

In July 2022, he joined SM Entertainment and was revealed as a new member of SM Entertainment's trainee team, S.M. ROOKIES. He was supposed to debut with the new NCT group, but he suffered a herniated disc and returned home to recover in late 2022. By May 2023, the agency announced that he was unable to join NCT due to health reasons and will continue as a solo artist for the time being.

In September 2024, YamYam Entertainment (냠냠 엔터테인먼트) and TV Chosun launched a joint project to debut a trot-idol group called MYTRO. He was chosen as one of the members and will officially debut before the end of the year.
