Ye Chan got her start as a trainee under TN Entertainment (티엔엔터테인먼트) and made her debut in 2015 as part of the girl group AWE5OMEBABY with their 1st single “Why Should I” (내가 왜). When the agency experienced financial problems, the group was forced to disband about eighteen months later. She moved to Mydoll Entertainment (마이돌엔터테인먼트) and eventually re-debuted as the main vocalist of Pink Fantasy with their 1st single "Iriwa" (이리와).
