Kitahara Fumie was a Japanese actress and voice actress born in Tokyo. Her real name was Abe Fusae (阿部房枝). She was married to the actor Abe Toru (安部徹).

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Nihon University. She began her career at the artistic small theater in 1937. When the theater troupe Haiyuza was established in February 1944, she joined. When Haiyuza evacuated to Gotemba, she left in 1945 and became independent.

On October 5, 1980, around 12:15 p.m., she leaned out to break a branch of a narra tree hanging over the eaves and accidentally fell from the 4th floor of her residence in Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan, and was taken by ambulance to Surugadai Nihon University Hospital where she died suddenly at 2:33 p.m. on October 6 due to pelvic bone fractures and intra-abdominal hemorrhage, at the age of 60.
