Kellie Chian is a Taiwanese actress and model with Portuguese and Kazakh heritage through her grandfather. She began modeling at 16 and made her acting debut in 2001 with the drama "Meteor Garden".

In 2004, her involvement in a relationship with her friend Hsu Tzu Ting and Hsu's boyfriend contributed to Hsu's depression, which culminated in her tragic death. Chian briefly dated Ting Chun Cheng in 2006, and later that year, she started a relationship with Wang Chuan Jen. However, their relationship ended due to concerns from Wang’s father regarding Chian's educational background.

Chian dated Chen Wei Cheng from 2015 to 2016, but they separated due to personality differences and distance.
